Hi, I’m Savita Bungay — a Melbourne-based authorised civil Marriage Celebrant who loves helping couples create ceremonies that feel personal, inclusive, and full of heart.
I’ve been happily married for over 30 years and have lived in Australia for more than 20, so I deeply understand how important love, family, and shared values are. Working closely with multicultural communities has taught me to appreciate the traditions and stories that make every couple unique.

The Journey to "I Do"
The proposal happens, the ring is given, and you decide to spend your lives together beautifully. Then you choose me as your celebrant!
This is where your marraige officially starts — with the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form. You complete and return this form to me, along with your ID. Please note: the NOIM must be lodged at least one calendar month prior to your ceremony, as per Australian law.
You lock in your dream ceremony spot and wedding date.
We meet so we can discuss your vision for your wedding. We also go through the rest of the process
You finalise all your details and we do a rehearsal with your nearest dearest. Please note, this offering is package depedendent.
You exchange vows, sign the registry with witnesses, and celebrate your long-awaited union! I take care of all the rest.
